Awww now I'm gonna cry! You always know what I need to hear when I'm down and life is throwing me a barrel of lemons, mamma Penny.  It is me who would be lost without you and all my wonderful, poetic friends here. Poetry is my life raft in troubled waters at sea. Really, it is. And it's not just about writing poetry and sharing it with everyone, it's sooo much more than that. It's helping others and knowing that I, little ol' me, can still make a difference even though my own life is falling apart around me. Does that make sense at all? I don't know how else to describe it or explain it to you. Jan once told me that God puts us in the paths of others for a reason, and there are no accidents. Just as she has always told me it was no accident that her and I met, I feel it was no accident that you and I met, it was no accident that PoetShare was created, and it was no accident that I am here. For whatever reason, I keep getting blessed through this wonderful place, and it's what keeps me going. That, Bob and the kids, all my dear friends...I'm so blessed and it took you holding up the rainbow for me to realize it in this storm I'm in right now. I love ya Penny. I, for one, don't know what on earth I would do without Stacy here to help guide my clueless ass through the random decisions I make.  Thank GOD there's someone here to help steer the rudder of this big ol' ship--or at least point out the rocks ahead! As for friendship, well, no one has better friends than we do. I mean, look at this place!! Surrounded by voices of love, experience, hardship, pain, and wisdom in every corner-- we're all truly blessed. |

i LOVE THE SCROLLS! and Stacy I know Jamie has already said how much he loves you around and needs your advice and I see that too, you have put so much effort in. I admire that you can do this and be a great mother and wife too, you're one amazing woman with a huge heart!
