Secrets, Whispers and tales, Hints without conclusions, Sordid, Painful, by friends that were, Hush-hush. Shadows, Sorrowful tears from their half-truths, Gossips painting pictures, Finger pointing, Shaded. Giggle, Suspicions dance To the devils’ tempo, And not to the tune of our love, Laugh.

You know, this site is just filled with raw talent. My breath is taken away with everything I read, sincerely. Arthur this is just astounding, you have this wonderful way with words, your mind is just wonderful, creative and I love your work so much. This form is lovely, the subject forbidden and slightly naughty. I loved it very much. I owe you a cookie my dear freind, and well deserved. Take care, love Kerry xx

Arthur, wow. That's just so fantastic, and in this constrained form! Magnificent. You've painted the entire affair, not just one moment of it. *Cookie for you.

Those nasty gossips can certainly make a fellow feel uncomfortable.

Wow, this is really good, Arthur. You described an affair so well, with all of its pain and "excitement"...and in a great form, as well. Very well done.

I honestly have no idea how you managed to capture every sordid little detail of an affair, but you did and you made it look so easy. Every single word was spot on. I'm speechless...really. I was wondering what a reverse cinquain was as well, and you taught me something today. Thank so much for that.

I love the way the poem flows. The poem itself, is amazing. It makes me want to sink in my chair...I have an inkling about all that which an Affair entails..and this does it just. LOTW
