This is a very nice poem; not lurid or angry or depressed. I'm not too happy about rodents munching on books, but I like the innocent spin. Very good.

very cute Kerry, I think I've heard of Wordsworth before, didn't he write some poetry too?
Loved this tale, it shows how we can loose ourselves in adventures by just picking up a book and turning pages.
smart little bookworm he is, but I don't think I will play any trivia games against him for fear of loosing to a worm and a mouse..
keep your pen handy my friend, you have such a gift.

Most think I'm silly, but I love reading childrens' stories as a way to relax, de-stress, and reconnect with my inner self. I just love them. Take me to the library and I will be one beside the children sitting on the beanbag chair reading Dr. Seuss, lol. Exalt, Kerry. This was brilliant

This was a lot of fun to read. I got a little Dr. Seuss and some Shel Silverstein out of it, quite the juxtaposition. Though I can't imagine letting them loose on the whole library as Foggy says. What a crime!! What adorable personality you give the charactes here as well. A joy to read!

I actuall started to write a childrens book about Wordsworth about 10 years ago. It was never finished of course, that just wouldn't be me lol ... but you never know. Thank you so much for the lovely comments, Kerry xx
