TPS STAFF: You will have to prove yourself capable of putting TPS first in terms of helping extra boards there before I consider you as a moderator here--your time is better spent helping keep TPS up to date, and when they're flooded it's best we do our job there before having downtime here. Sorry if you think that's unfair, but I don't think it's fair to put the onus of extra modding at TPS on a few sturdy backs. Those who consistently pitch in to help out at TPS will be given fair consideration if they apply here. It's what I do, it's what Stacy does, and that's the way it's going to be.

- Board Moderators for individual boards. Moderators must sign on at least once a week to check on their boards. Those found not actively modding for weeks at a time will be removed from the position by necessity.
