Explanation of my absence lately

[stacy (FINALLY back!)]

The last few weeks have been stressful around my house. Mitchell has a lacunar infarct in the right internal capsule of his brain, and we've learned he has a gene mutation that causes increased blood clots for no apparent reason. He has been having daily TIA's, and has missed a week of school, has been to the ER, to the neurologist, and is now undergoing an MRI with contrast as well as a sleep study. He has been taking up a lot of my time and I haven't been getting much sleep these days worrying about him. I hope you all understand. Things should calm down soon, once the MRI is done and we know what is going on in more detail and what the prognosis is.

I love you all and I appreciate Jamie and Harklight going above and beyond in my absence. This is a time where I truly don't deserve to be an admin here, but I promise I will make it up to you. You know I will, or at least I hope you know I will. Merry Christmas to everyone and I will update as needed when time allows.
