**everyone I know that I have made this for, has asked me for the receipe and I always say no. However, I am going to post it on here. I hope you enjoy it. It is really easy to make..and great as left overs.
Chicken Fried Rice Ingredients:
1 bunch of green onion 1 egg 1/4 (head of)cabbage (chop in cubes...I like everything done in cubes I guess) 1/8 (head of) red cabbage (yep, cut in cubes.) (seasonings-garlic powder, pepper, salt) 1 package of bacon (cut in cubes) 3--4 bonless skinless chicken breast (cut in cubes) 4 cups of cooked white rice. (no minute rice, it never turns out) First things first, cook your bacon. when bacon is crispy drain grease in a heat proof bowl. set bacon aside.
Next-pour about 1/4 of bacon grease into pan than cook your chicken cubes. when chicken is cooked, add to bacon bowl.
Scramble eggs--set aside
Then get a nice size pot and pour remaining bacon grease in it. Let the grease get hot. Place cabbages and green onion in the hot grease...stir..don't let it set. When the cabbage softens a little but is still firm add Rice to the cabbage mixture and the chicken and the bacon and the scrambled eggs. Season with the spices listed above. Stir well...gently folding the ingredients together.
Now, I serve mine with Biscuits and I put HOT sauce over my Chicken fried rice...however you may just like it by itself..it is very tastey. Enjoy.
I'm going to try this it sounds yummy. At the moment we buy ours in from our local take away, the Wing Wha chinese restruant. The best part is how they answer the phone. "Wing Wha, Wha you Want?" Its become a family saying in our house.

ODE TO RICE
Oh rice, oh rice, why are you so nice? You fill me with carbs but I guess that’s the price. ”I just made some rice dumpling, would you like to try it? Oh, I’m sorry, you’re on a gluten free diet”.
It’s rice, it’s always rice! Can even make it into drinks, Let it ferment, it’s alcohol in two winks. Be careful not to boil too much, remember 8 cups is a lot, It would be heart breaking just to see all of this rice rot
And rice, and rice, my bowl is full of you, Wouldn’t have it any other other way, and that is the truth. So dedicated am I, that I eat you with chopsticks, Hope you appreciate that, I can’t use them for…toffee. (I know, let down, sorry)
Dear rice, dear rice, you’re so easy to make, But saying that, you’re quite versatile to bake. I can cook you in the oven and I can cook you on the hob, I can even cook you in the microwave slot!
My rice, your rice, his rice, her rice, That old lady who works at the checkout’s rice! We all eat rice! We all love rice! And now I’m at the end of the poem, if I say rice one more time I think I might die.
