I make this every holiday. It has become a family treat =) What you need: This will make an 8X8 dish of salad. Lettuce Can of Peas Celery Cream Cheese Colby Cheese Mayonnaise Bacon To Make: Tear lettuce in shreds, put in bottom of dish. This will be your lettuce layer, so however much lettuce you want in your salad, put it all down. Drain can of peas, pour peas over top of lettuce. Dice celery and put over top of peas. Whip cream cheese and mayonnaise (about a cup & 1/2) in bowl til smooth and fairly spreadable. Should be a little thicker than mayonnaise consistency, you don't want it runny. If it needs more "spread-ability" then add more mayonnaise. Spread over top of salad mixture. Shred Colby cheese, spread over top of cream cheese mixture. Fry bacon and crumble over top of cheese. Put in fridge. Eat when hungry! (I'm not a salad eater..... usually when its all done and I have some bacon left over, I'll clean the cream cheese bowl with the bacon and a few pieces of cheese )

OMG Once I make this for Norm I'm going to have to make it all the time. You are Ruling the Kitchen, Amester! (And I foresee myself cleaning the bowl the same way, lol)
