Nobody deserves this more than you. I had no idea that you were a culinary expert. I'm so impressed. I really do hope to see the recipe section here flooded with new and exciting Thai recipes when you return. I would so love to try some of them out. I haven't actually eaten Thai cuisine, but I do admire their flare for "heat" in the spices and that is why I'm so eager to tantalize my taste buds, lol. They need a kick in the ass, for not seeing the star quality in you. But as they say, their loss is anothers gain, and in this case, Bo Kline gained one hell of a man... Rock on, my friend, and hold your head up high and be proud! Just don't hold it up so high as to drown in those dreaded Seattle rains. My dad lives in Everett and I know the rain there is horrid at times. I'd hate to see it on CNN that "famous chef's protege dies from freak drowning accident!" Oh shoot, I'm laughing so hard now, I'm about to roll on the floor. Hugs~~~ Stacy

that was pretty funny.. thanks and I have worked in the industry for 10 years and know a lot.. it is just hard for me to give up MY recipes.. the garlic rosemary chicken being the first.. this opens so many more opportunities for me as far as my book is concerned and the exposure is going to be immense.. and after that I can concentrate on my music.. as well as writing.. I don't know.. where I am going to go with my writing.. but, I do know that I won't have as much time to create the masterpieces that I do now.. once I get my music going I don't know what will happen.. my passion for that exceeds my one for writing.. but, I will share EVERYTHING with ALL OF YOU!! so don't worry.. I will be here if not online from time to time (which I will for PMs if nothing else) in my heart for eternity..

A kick in the Ass for the shopkeeper who when asked why they had no plain crisps, but only prawn, barbecue beef, cheese and onion, bacon, banana and crushed locusts balls, and egyptian mummy and dogydoo flavours, told me they didnt stock plain crisps because of "Lack of demand" when in fact they had sold out because the others were so disgusting.

I will be here if not online from time to time (which I will for PMs if nothing else) in my heart for eternity.. I feel the same way about my music, too. Although I don't play any instruments or sing, I am really getting into lyric writing and my dream is to one day be a published and well known lyricist/songwriter. That would be sweet. And of course I hold my music above my writing, but this is sweet for me because I clearly incorporate the best of both worlds. I can't wait to read the book once you get it done, and I can't wait to hear details about your experience with Bo Kline. And don't forget, I want plenty of recipes that I can try, too. Thai has been something I've been dying to taste, and I know you're going to have some kick ass recipes. Have fun, my friend. And congratulations once again! Hugs~~~ Me
