Dance of summer's wake ~ Tumbling through the summer days petals tangled in her hair, making hay in fields of green or tipsy at the village fayre.* Eyes of ocean blue half closed whilst listening to the stream, twilight crickets serenade as love lives out its dream. ~ ~ ~ Daisy chains entwined in hands just strolling through cool glades, every now and then a kiss 'neath oaks with leafy shade. Dipping toes in bubbling brooks, or picnics by the lake; sun kissed faces glow with joy in the dance of summers wake. Authors note ~ *Old English spelling of fair Copyright ©2010KDP
