I would prefer neither if that is an option.. both are major annoyances to me.. but, to choose one I would say talk.. due to tone of voice issues that I enjoy to hear.. and just the sound of a reassuring voice is always good...
Electric or acoustic.. (open for interpretation use what first comes to mind.. music doesn't necessarily need to have basis here)

$20,000 a year for the next 20 years or$3 million all at once?

That's no choice: $20,000 isn't even enough to pay the bills. $400,000 over 20 years or $3 mill to invest and grow - $3 mill, thank you very much.
Meet a music legend or a film star/let?

Definitely a music legend. I am of the opinion that music is immortalizing, but film is a little more fleeting. I would have Jimi Hendrix resurrected and meet him... but if it has to be someone who is alive, definitely Robert Plant.
Would you rather be lost in a foreign city or a foreign wilderness/rural area?
Example: Would you rather be lost in Moscow or lost in Siberia?

Ditto ^^ *Foreign city or rural town fits best: some urban wildernesses are too cold. ... I'm never actually lost, just somewhere I didn't make plans to be. Swim in the ocean or a swimming pool?

Gosh that's a tough one...but I'd have to go with Denmark. I don't know why, just think I'd like it better and it fits my mood right now for some strange reason, lol.

Not really either because they're both from cut trees. If essential, newspapers - more easily recyclable.
No electricity or phone turned off?
